Do you believe that using technology can make things more efficient and effective?With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of residential property sale and purchase cases from instruction through to completionProvide cover for colleagues on other cases with direction from Team Leaders and Senior Property LawyersUse the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely mannerManage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactionsProviding proactive communication to keep customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progressUndertake file audits and reviewsDeliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfactionRequirementsAll our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for friendly and diligent Residential Property Conveyancers:1-4 years PQE in residential conveyancing (SRA / CLC or CILEx)Evidence of recent CPD including AML trainingStrong communication skillsStrong affinity for digital technologyExperience and competency in freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchases, registered property, re-mortgaging work and transfers of equityBenefitsWorking at Eden is slightly different than elsewhere.
