Project Synergy is a transformation programme that delivers technology projects to enable improved ways of working for colleagues and customers.
As a Change Analyst in Project Synergy, you will support the delivery of our change management approach by working with colleagues and leaders to understand the changes and degree of impact for Our People and Our Customers. You will develop and maintain one source of truth around stakeholder data across the organisation, understanding the required changes for each role, the current change capability across each team in order to identify and organise the required interventions to support colleagues through the change lifecycle.
You will support the Change and Release Manager in ensuring that lessons learned and feedback from stakeholders supports and informs the continuous improvement of our change management framework; and support the Change Development Lead in the delivery of key change intervention workshops and communications for people leaders and colleagues.
Key deliverables include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitate focus groups to better understand and influence both business led and change team led requirements.
- Through engagement with leaders and their people, understand the impact of change, identify key blockers and barriers to the delivery of the change management strategy and provide key interventions and support to remove blockers and minimise resistance.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis and document findings to support development and delivery of change management interventions.
- Provide change analysis insight to colleagues as required – be a go to person to support colleagues understanding of the change landscape and impacts.
Please note, this role will require frequent travel to our offices focusing on Leeds, Preston and London.

More about you
You will need to be interested in the people side of how projects and change are managed, ideally with some experience in this area but this is not essential if you are keen to learn and can do it quickly. We are looking for someone who is assertive, can engage groups of colleagues and articulate the ‘what's in it for me' benefits of change.
