Our focus is on the analysis and management, as well as the development and expansion of real estate assets. AM ALPHA's investment focus is on residential and commercial properties in selected top locations in Europe and Asia. In order to strengthen our dynamic team, as a financially strong expanding company we are looking for our branch office in Luxembourg for a:Branch Manager (all genders) in full-timeYour area of responsibility:You are the central contact person for all topics of the AM ALPHA branch officeIn this role you are team lead of six to eight employeesAs Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for AML/KYC activities and CSSF reportingYou coordinate the annual audit of investment fundsYou accompany real estate funds throughout the entire life cycle, from fund launch to ongoing administration and possible liquidationYou coordinate the main real estate and fund-related processes (including fund conception, purchase and sale of properties and companies) and supervise the onboarding and offboarding of service providersYou know and update the requirements for our products on an ongoing basis and ensure the quality level of our services and our compliance as a capital management company in cooperation with internal departmentsYou handle various inquiries on accounting, tax, organizational, performance-related topicsCollaboration in projectsThe job profile:University studies, preferably with a focus on real estate management, business administration or economics, or another discipline with additional real estate-related qualificationsAt least 3 years relevant practical experience in a comparable role preferred in a capital management company, in a real estate-related industry or in the field of finance (auditing, accounting, taxes, finance)Good knowledge of the legal and tax framework for real estate funds (Germany/Luxembourg)Independent, reliable and on-schedule operationStrong communication and team skills, a high level of commitment and flexibility as well as “hands-on” mentalityGood knowledge of written and spoken English and GermanProficient use of MS OfficeWilling to travel occasionallyYour perspective:Responsible tasks and lively, dynamic teamworkFlat hierarchies with very good opportunities for your personal developmentA collegial environment in which your vote counts and you are welcome to contribute activelyAttractive employer in a modern and innovative industryYour application:Have we aroused your interest and you would like to become part of our financially strong and expanding company?
