Sports data is continuously moving, and the world is driving towards ever deeper engagement in sports, we need Product Managers who are adaptable and excited to deliver products that engage users globally across sports and betting markets.We are looking for the Product Manager of an agile development team which is responsible for the core engine of our Live Odds Services. This is a key role where you will be interacting daily with an international development team, sports traders and company-wide stakeholders. You will be responsible for the product vision, specification and prioritisation of new and existing product features for our Live Odds product. Your strategic decisions will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we provide the most competitive Live Odds product on the market for all sports fans worldwide.THE CHALLENGE:Collaborate closely with betting & gaming customers, partners, and our internal sales, trading, data science, quants, and product and technology teams to develop a detailed understanding of the capabilities required to deliver first-class product experiences for sporting events, increasing fan engagement and business value.Oversee the development and enhancement of our betting products, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive innovation and growth.Create and prioritise features in the product backlog working day to day within an agile technology team.Carry out market assessments, create strategic product roadmaps, and revenue models as well as coordinate product design conversations.Conduct user interviews and understand user requirements in depthDrive our content enhancement initiatives, increasing engagement among bettors and maximising profits for bookmakers.Define and track feature and product success metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver unparalleled product solutionsQualificationsProven experience of at least 2 years as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving product innovation and growth.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.Experience conducting user research and gathering customer insights to inform product decisions.Ability to empathise with users, validate pain points a product feature will addressProficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience in managing product backlogs, prioritising features, and facilitating sprint planning sessions.Be capable of building authentic and trustworthy connections with all stakeholdersA strong interest in sports and an understanding of the mechanics of betting markets.Additional InformationWork for and shape one of the fastest-growing digital sports companies in the world at the exciting intersection of sports, media, betting and advertising.Be part of a highly motivated, innovative, and dynamic organization with people from more than 30 nationalities in our offices.Women in Tech community and Sportradar Pride group inside the company inclusive for everyone to participate in!An annual performance-related bonusOpportunity for hybrid working.Summer events and Christmas partyCoffee, tea, fresh fruits and water in the officeInternal management programs according to management level: Grow / Lead Like a Pro / Sportradar e-Academy including team workshops with external trainers.SPORTRADARSportradar is a global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content for its clients around the world.
