In addition, you will:Partner with the wider teams such as HR Business Partners, our General Counsel's office and other Talent Centres of Excellence to execute wider Talent projects such as acquisitionsPartner with all levels of the business to create sustained solutions to individual employee mattersCoach and mentor Employee Relations AdvisorsMaintain work life balance with hybrid workingThis role can be located in Australia or New Zealand.What we're looking forHere's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
