The Employer Engagement Officer (Transition to Work) will be part of a dynamic and innovative team responsible for actively engaging local employers, service providers and the local community; for the purpose of developing industry specific training and programs designed to assist young people to successfully transition into paid employment. The Employer Engagement Officer will also work directly with employers to ensure work placements are maintained and that both the young person and the employer receive required supports.EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT OFFICERFull Time (38hrs per week) role available to commence immediately in Morwell.
