Part of the United Living Group, our turnover will double in the next 5 years to top £1 billion.Job DescriptionPurposeTo be responsible for reviewing and submitting A55's for blockages found to Openreach across all opportunities. Gathering all photo evidence needed in order to submit to Openreach correctly first time. Updating Openreach Systems. Accessing PIA Criteria Portal with requests for areas of work. Tracking & reporting the progression of orders.To work closely with the PIA & Operations team in order to meet deadlines, and ensure the build runs smoothly through the blockage process, identifying anything that may effect this and working to prevent future occurrences.To provide support to the PIA Manager, ULC project team and subcontractors.Create and share work and keep up to date trackers, giving regular updates when needed to show the progress so far.Job DescriptionCo-ordinate all tasks in regards to PIA blockages in a timely manner in order to adhere to SLA’s,Working via BTOR Portal to submit.Produce reports on all tasks when requiredAssign updates to ULC & Subcontractors where needed and may effect build.Work with the Project Team to ensure the works are completed within the set time frames, all the relevant paperwork/photos are received from site.Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries from both the Subcontractors and the Project TeamGeneral support administration as requested.Working with the Senior delivery managers and Fibre operations manager to ensure we can deliver to the clients expectationsProgress meetingsAny other duties as assignedHealth and Safety ResponsibilitiesSet a good example to others by working safelyTake reasonable care of yourself and any other person who may be affected by your actions and omissionsAdopt a positive attitude, cooperate and assist the company in all aspects of Health, Safety and the EnvironmentUnderstand and help to implement all relevant health and safety policies and arrangements based upon the policies.Personal SkillsAble to work on own initiative and as part of a teamOrganisedTime management / ability to work to deadlinesAttention to detailGood telephone manner and communication skillsProblem-Solving skills, and positive outlookSelf-motivated and proactiveAble to develop, establish and maintain customer and internal relationshipsAble to drive results through planning the delivery of the project within the project timescales, making decisions and providing solutions where appropriate.QualificationsTechnical SkillsGood level of IT skills including excel, and other Microsoft packagesExperience of working in the Telecommunications or similar industryAdept at manipulating client tools/reports on a regular basisOpenreach Portal, Build Completion & Business Central skills are advantageous but not essentialIT QualificationsAdditional InformationBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionLife insurancePrivate medical insuranceWellness programmesAdditional Information:Previous experience working on the Openreach portal is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.Must be highly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data setsThis job is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Widnes OfficeOpportunity to spend time in and working closely with other departments will be provided to ensure the successful applicant gains a wide depth and breadth of experience and understanding of the company and industryUnited Living
