We have brought our brightest minds together to respond to our client’s Project and Programme management objectives.QualificationsIdeally Degree qualified in one of the following fields: Project management or Construction ManagementIdeally NEC accredited Project ManagerMember of a chartered institute e.g., RICS or happy to work towardsGood knowledge of construction industry themes such as MMC, Net Zero Carbon and Digital agendaGood knowledge of project lifecycle and business case approvals processIdeally experience of working on social care / healthcare projectsWhat experience we are looking forDetailed knowledge of and experience in large scale public health and life sciences projects (10 years)Experience of master planning/strategic estate development and capital project planning for business case compilation is desirable.Detailed experience of NEC contract administration is desirableDemonstrable experience in NHS client-facing roles at all levels (including Directors of Estates/Strategy and Planning/Capital Development to Trust stakeholders and service commissioners)The candidate will be required to demonstrate knowledge of the risks, challenges and opportunities facing public-sector healthcare bodiesAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
