As the Production Manager at our Lewisville facility, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day production operations and supervising a team of approximately 15 employees. Your knack for problem-solving and recommending process improvements will be put to the test as you analyze manufacturing processes, track KPIs, and ensure a safe working environment. From strong leadership capabilities and proficiency in fabrication, welding, and reading blueprints to exceptional time management and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize worker safety and health is paramount. Your high school diploma, coupled with four or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production setting, will set you up for success in this role. Being forklift certified and having a background in fasteners manufacturing would be advantageous, allowing you to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
