McBride is the leading supplier of Private Label Household and professional cleaning/hygiene products for Europe's largest and most successful retailers as well as producing own brand products.The formula for our success is quite straightforward: we work by our Key Values – Always Committed, Working Together, Aspire to be the best and Giving and Taking Accountability to create a positive environment for all McBride employees.We are looking for a Supply Planner on a Fixed-Term contract for approximately 16 months.Job PurposeUpdate and balance the master plan for operations for the production units within the UD Division the appropriate level of detail to drive operational and logistics activity. The plan should be balanced to minimise costs, maximise operational capability and create a platform for service delivery.Your responsibilities will beMaintain the weekly operational master plan and highlight constraints and recommend GAP closing actions.Identify where finished goods anticipation stock is required and support the SC Planning and IBP Manager in the implementation.Support the SC Planning and IBP ManagerProvide a forecast for long lead-time generic components to guide the materials ordering team and highlight constraints as appropriate.Support the finished goods safety stock setting process.Maintain a warehousing and distribution plan to support the WH&D team in cost reduction and service delivery.Understand how the SAP and planning master data setup can be used to support the planning process.Attend and support the weekly planning review deploying the final supply plan and describing the necessary trade-offs to the supporting functions.Support the process to understand capacity constraints in suppliers, ensure that seasonal effects and new products are anticipated and managed accordingly.In line with the divisional operations team purpose:Strive for ZERO Harm & ZERO Waste.
