At Allucent™, we are dedicated to helping small-medium biopharmaceutical companies efficiently navigate the complex world of clinical trials to bring life-changing therapies to patients in need across the globe.We are looking for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (Dir-FPA) to join our A-team (hybrid*). As a Dir-FPAat Allucent, you are responsible for managing and leading the financial planning and analysis activities within the Finance function of Allucent. The Dir-FPA ensures preparation and execution of company-wide FP&A processes including monthly management reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual operating plan, and bank / private equity needs.In this role your key tasks will include:Identify and execute the financial strategy for Allucent.Develop and agree upon annual sales, revenue, profit and key performance indicators with respective stakeholders across the organization.Business partner with administrative, operational, and executive leadership.Update and present monthly income statements, business unit reviews, and board of directors’ material.Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely financial close with variance explanations.Consolidate and report company backlog results.Lead in delivering private equity needs and banking covenants.Create and update internal and external rates for the global organization.Assist in the progression of balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.Drive company sales commission process and results.Manage direct reporting staff.Actively contribute to staff learning & development within the company.Review, evaluate and approve Financial Planning & Analysis processes and procedures within the Quality Management System.RequirementsTo be successful you will possess:Finance, Accounting and/or business degree required. Master's degree preferred.Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
