You will work on sector leading, flagship projects across various real estate sectors, including commercial, office, mixed use, residential, industrial, and retail construction, development and fit out. You will have the opportunity to progress within a rewarding business with excellent scope for career development and promotion. You will also have the opportunity to support internal business initiatives and development, to offer our people an all-round exposure to the business. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience. Role within the project To lead project management commissions from a MEP perspective, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery. To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.Responsibilities:Establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parametersEnsure that quality, safety, health and environment issues are identified and addressedEstablish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout projectAdvise upon the procurement of resources and manage the change control processLead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team and coordinate with the client and other consultantsMonitor and advise upon project finances and manage the flow of project informationTake a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesManage and coordinate the MEP design, installation and commissioningEnsure compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulationsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clientsQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantageRelevant experience of working for a construction consultancy desirable7 - 15 years of post-qualification experience in similar roleMEP engineering qualification and/or backgroundExperience of working on various real estate projectsKnowledge of BIM, LEED and other sustainability standardsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
