You will have the opportunity to grow your career while developing personally and professionally through various resources and programmes.We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Azure Cloud and Active Directory Engineer with a strong background in IT Infrastructure and Cloud to join our team.The successful candidate will work as part of the ITS Group Function in the Data Center & Cloud Solutions Department of Quintet Luxembourg.In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, building, and maintaining efficient cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and you will handle the deployment and operation of Microsoft’s Active Directory, Azure and O365 . Your expertise in cloud computing technologies, Azure services, and modern software development practices will be crucial.Key AccountabilitiesDesign, Implement and Maintain Azure and Private Cloud SolutionsDesign and architect new systems and enhancements to existing infrastructure (Cloud and On-Premises)Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure cloud solutions aligned with security best practices.Ensure these solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and meet business requirements.Deliver solutions in a timely manner while ensuring continuity of serviceEnsure the quality of delivery by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating new elementsProduce both high level and detailed technical documentationCloud Infrastructure ManagementOversee the deployment, management, and operation of applications on Azure.Configure cloud environments and ensure optimal performance.Dashboards creationCollaboration and PlanningDevelop technical partnerships with key support, architecture, and operations teamsWork closely with IT and development teams to plan and execute cloud strategies.Provide guidance on Azure best practices.Continuous ImprovementMonitor and optimize cloud solutions for performance efficiency.Stay updated on Azure’s evolving features and capabilitiesKnowledge and ExperienceMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in Windows system administration - production set-up and managementStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in a financial institution or other highly regulated sector is an advantageExperience in project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAttributes and QualitiesWell organized, self-motivated and proactiveHigh reactivity, flexibility, stress resistanceStrong communication skills (oral / written)Clients and services orientedLeadership, people management, teamworkInteracting with businessNetworkingProject management, Agile methodologySense of innovationTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Virtual Machines.Experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft's Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Entra ID Connect as it relates to Office 365 and Azure;Experience with Entra ID SSO and modern authentication products such as SAML, OAuth;Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID architecture, design, administration, and troubleshootingKnowledge on Azure Infrastructure Building Blocks and core components (Management groups, Subscriptions, RBAC, resources groups, resources tagging, Azure Policies, Azure DNS, Azure VMs, Log analytics, Azure ARC, Storage accounts, SQL managed instances, Azure Vnets, Private Endpoints, …)Knowledge on Microsoft Purview (Data classification, MIP Labels, Labelling Policies,…)Security / hardening knowledge and proven expertise (NIST, or CIS).Significant experience in a production environmentRelevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate would be a plusJobs.lu
