From nurturing client relationships to fostering team collaboration, you'll drive our continued growth and impact!What You Will Be DoingLead by example, inspiring and motivating your team of 3 to 5 Enrollment Specialists to achieve 100% of their sales targets and deliver exceptional results.Plan and execute strategic growth initiatives to drive the volume of scheduled calls and conversion ratesYou will champion continuous strategic improvement initiatives, to drive the volume of schedule calls, conversion rates, and efficiency across the enrollment processYou will be cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence, where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.You will ensure that strong relationships with clients are created, ensuring their journey with us is nothing short of extraordinary.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product, finance, and leadership) to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.You will embrace the challenges of remote work, leveraging technology and communication tools to enhance team connectivity and collaboration.What Were Looking ForSomeone with 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in both a leadership and sales role. You will have a definite advantage if you have previously worked with B2C coaching services.Someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and has the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.Someone with exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.Someone who has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Extensive experience working in a remote environment and managing remote teams is highly preferred.Having knowledge of the consulting industry and familiarity with consulting firms' recruitment processes is a definite plus.What Success Looks LikeAs an Enrollment Team Manager, success is measured by your team's ability to consistently meet and exceed enrollment targets while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
