Catch22 is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Operations Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Violence Reduction Service across three key sites: HMP Thameside, HMP Pentonville, and HMP Feltham B. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a pioneering pilot project focusing on four specialist areas: Exploitation, Gangs & Debt, Purposeful Activity, Mediation and Conflict Resolution (MCE), and Peer Mentoring (PM).QualificationsAs a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing contract performance, driving quality, and fostering business development. Your responsibilities will include:Operational Management: Ensure the high-quality delivery of offender Violence Reduction Services in line with HMPPS guidance and local policies.Performance Monitoring: Manage and drive quality performance to meet key deliverables and contract expectations.Strategic Oversight: Align Catch22’s strategic aims with those of the service users, providing expertise to assist in future contract tendering.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external partners in the criminal justice, health, education, and voluntary sectors to promote and deliver our services.Innovation and Training: Deliver training, events, and workshops to raise awareness of service provision and best practices.Service User Collaboration: Engage with prisoners to ensure the service addresses their priorities and needs.Staff Management: Maximize staff performance and retention through regular supervision, performance management, and training.What Does Good Look Like?
