Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Far Rockaway, NYWe are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in Far Rockaway, NY. The incoming physician assistant or nurse practitioner must be compassionate, an excellent clinician, and someone who is experienced. We offer a variety of services within our multispecialty group. The provider must be bilingual in Spanish/English. We have a multi-site, multi-specialty, patient centered medical practice with over 20 primary care providers, delivering culturally sensitive, ambulatory, efficient and high-quality medical care.Duties:Patient exam/evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent medical history/records/imaging) Annual wellness examOrder/review diagnostic testing/labs/bloodworkDiagnosis and Treatment plan formulationPatient education re: diagnosis, treatment plan options and lifestyle modificationsTreatments for acute and chronic conditionsDocumentation- timely and accurateCollaboration with the MDs and staff for comprehensive patient careMake phone calls/emails as needed or required for patient careMedication refills as neededRequirements:Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) programPhysician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in NYWomen’s health position requires women’s health experienceMust be bilingual in Spanish/EnglishSchedule:Full timeSalary (range):$165k-$170k per yearBenefits:Vacation/PTO -160 hours PTO includedBonus compensation potentialHealth InsuranceLife insuranceLong term disabilityCome join our amazing, knowledgeable, and welcoming medical team!
