This includes, being able to deliver prompt and concise ICT information and troubleshooting using multiple online tools and knowledge articles, while adhering to a work schedule designed to meet service level performance goals.You will be expected to participate in a rotating 24/7 shift work roster, and team members can take part in flexible working arrangements, including working from home.
