At Health Connect America, we are dedicated to making connections happen every day by cultivating growth, belonging, and wellness for our teammates!What will I Be Doing?Providing clinical oversight for all cases, including biweekly individual supervision and alternating group supervision.Assigning caseloads to staff members.Reviewing staff documentation, such as daily notes, progress updates/monthly reports, treatment plans, and completing assessments, as needed.Collaborating on administrative duties as required by the Program Director.Maintaining a small caseload to achieve additional compensation.Am I a Good Fit?A positive attitude and a commitment to personal growth are essential.Successful team members have a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families.Flexibility in your schedule is crucial to provide coverage for evening clients in the office.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a team to achieve common goals.Ability to provide remote supervision.Qualifications:Licensed within the state of Virginia (preferred).License-eligible staff (Resident in Counseling/Supervisee in Social Work) considered, with board approval required by the hire date.Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and families.Supervision experience is preferred.Compensation:Salary range of $60,000-$65,000.If you're ready to make a positive impact and contribute to a supportive and dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
