Your role
Are you a dynamic relationship manager who delivers an exceptional client experience? Do you have a strong track record in client advisory and sales? Are you a proven risk manager? Do you have experience in bringing to bear the capabilities of a global bank (Wealth Management, Investment Bank and Asset Management) to meet the needs of UHNW clients?
We’re looking for a client advisor for UHNW clients to:
- build, establish and grow client relationships
- provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues from UBS Wealth Management Investment Products and Solutions teams, as well as specialists from UBS Investment Bank and Asset Management
- take a strategic view of clients’ investments and closely monitor their portfolio quality
- have a plan to develop the client book with measurable outcomes
- keep accurate and up-to-date records on client investor profiles
- comply with all regulations, policies and standards to be in line with our risk management culture

Your team
You’ll be working in the Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) team in London. We’re focused on managing, preserving and growing our clients’ wealth, and help our clients plan for and manage succession. We provide our employees with training and continuous education to better serve our clients and promote personal development. As a client advisor, you’ll play an important role in helping us stay a global leader in wealth management.

Your expertise
- proven experience in relationship management, asset gathering and investments, ideally 8+ years working in a client-facing role in the UK
- self-motivated and able to develop a comprehensive business plan
- an ability to build strong client networks, with an entrepreneurial mind-set
- excellent communicator with great presentation skills
- firm grasp of global financial markets and UK regulatory frameworks
- resilient team player and truly service oriented
- highly organised and able to manage urgent and competing deadlines on a daily basis
- minimum RDR Level 4 qualified but a preference for Level 6
