We are a global team of nearly 800 changemakers, operating in more than 30 countries, across five continents. We are political strategists, policy experts, delivery practitioners, technology specialists and more. We speak more than 45 languages. Alongside the Institute’s Advisory and Strategy and Partnerships divisions, the Policy and Politics division serves an important role for the Institute. The division generates analysis that shapes public debate, enhances the work of client governments, and supports partnerships which improve people’s lives. Our work is global in nature, but we also develop individual national strategies, including our flagship Future of Britain programme.
Our Economic Prosperity and Public Finance team sits within our Policy and Politics division, and covers all elements of UK and global economic policy. This includes the public finances, taxation, social security, labour markets and the Future of Work, housing, investment in innovation and new technology, better uses of data, opportunities to improve the future of public service delivery and more.
The postholder will be responsible for conduct research and analysis to develop clearer policy recommendations, as well as forming and managing key stakeholder relationships to build consensus and raise the organisation’s profile across key policy areas.
