Role Purpose
Curve is hiring a Founder’s Assistant to work with our Founder and CEO, Shachar Bialick. This highly visible position will engage with the Founder and C-Suite on a constant basis. This position reports into the Chief of Staff, Founder's Office.

The ideal Founder’s Assistant will be able to take on a larger, specialised role in Curve after 18-24 months.
In this role, you will be at the heart of shaping our culture, supporting the Founder as he establishes the team and systems needed to revolutionise the fintech industry. With your reliable administrative support, you will quickly become a trusted partner to the entire Leadership Team.
The recipe for success as Founder’s Assistant will include the discretion to handle sensitive information mixed with enough confidence to lead projects on behalf of the Founder.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage CEO’s constantly shifting diaries with tact and care.

Book international travel so that the CEO arrives fresh and ready to represent Curve.

Organise inspired corporate gifting, ensuring our friends know they are appreciated.

Help steer candidates for high-profile positions through Curve and their interviews.

Be an extra pair of ears in key meetings and memorialise important conversations.

Act as a Curve ambassador, delivering exceptional experiences for guests and make sure they are looked-after at Curve HQ.

Prepare briefings for the CEO so he is always the most informed person in the room.

Manage special projects as required.

Requirements:
- Excellent grades in any subject from a top-tier university or equivalent evidence of dedication and recognition.

Experience with C-level executives, public figures, or other leaders.

Organised enough to find that 25th hour in the day.

Be creative, think on your feet, work on the move, and always be two steps ahead.

True diplomat with communication that is sensitive, compelling, and precise.
