The Established Medicines Business Unit is an important part of Kyowa Kirin’s history. It includes a diverse portfolio of 13 different medicines across 6 therapeutic areas serving hundreds of thousands of patients living with breakthrough cancer pain, opioid-induced constipation and many other conditions.
In November 2022, Kyowa Kirin International (KKI) and Grünenthal GmbH announced a Joint Venture Collaboration* to extend the reach of KKI’s established medicines portfolio.
As leaders in pain management and the close alignment of our vision and values, this collaboration offers a unique opportunity to harness the experience, skills, resources and commercial infrastructure of both businesses to grow the established medicines portfolio to reach more patients.
Job Purpose
Supports the Commercial team in achieving consistent supply of UK& IE portfolio, whilst maintain profitability of our brands.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all customer communication in line with weekly stock supply briefings
- Manage all customer product enquiries, collaborating closely with Commercial team, Medical Information & in line with Compliance guidelines
- Relationship building with customers

Provide feedback on ways to make improvements to customer service quality and cost-effective solutions

Implements effective internal innovative processes for customer service department: live chat or instant message, driven by innovation processes from the Senior Commercial Manager
- Support in the day-to-day management of wholesaler’s stock management, quotas/emergency stock, allocations

Provide business support within the commercial team
- Process invoices for prompt payment to suppliers
Qualifications:
- Higher Qualifications in (English, Maths required, Business Studies preferable)
