Established in 1892, Swan Mill Paper Company is a UK leader in the manufacture and supply of quality tableware, catering disposables and Christmas crackers produced under the Swantex brand as well as own label. We have a great opportunity for a Product Coordinator to join the team at our busy FMCG manufacturing site in Hirwaun.
Working alongside the Senior Product Manager and manufacturing team as well as our dedicated design studio in Bath, and our teams in Hong Kong and Swanley, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the coordination and management of new products through the business. Ensuring that we always have clear sight of the critical path of our product range from placement of order to delivery to customer.
Supplying a diverse range of customers externally as well as internal customers within the Swan Mill Group, this role involves ensuring smooth and efficient on time in full delivery of our products and product launches.
We are building a team for the future and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the development of systems and processes and will be key to the future plans and growth of our business.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar product management roles for branded or bespoke products within FMCG, and ideally in a manufacturing environment.
