We’re offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus and strong benefits packageWhat you'll be doing:Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clientsUpholding best professional practice to minimise the financial and reputational risk to the businessCompleting 5 points per dayPromptly and effectively responding to queries, complaints and claimsRegularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions so that they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomesQualificationsWho we're looking for:You will need to be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyors , VRS registered valuer and EPC accreditedExcellent valuation and survey experienceStrong understanding of lender technical and administrative proceduresGood knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuationWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
