Salary: £26,167 - £28,324 per annum

Location: primarily in Buxted with one day working from home per week
Who?
We require a Retirement Living Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running at Wealden’s Retirement Living Court in Buxted. The post-holder will look after the interests and wellbeing of residents, encourage residents to make full use of the communal facilities and deal with any emergencies that may arise, as well as provide some cover at other courts.
What do you need?
You should have good interpersonal, administrative and communication skills and previous experience of working in a similar community, care or social service environment, along with knowledge and understanding of issues relating to the support of older and vulnerable people.
You will be socially outgoing and able to demonstrate the level of competence and care required to support the residents, along with some experience of tenant management and tenant support planning. You will also need to have experience of using email and MS Office packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel. Possession of a CIH qualification and an understanding of the process of allocating social housing in the UK would be an advantage.
