We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in client/care coordination, insurance processes, email management, scheduling, and billing preparation. HIPAA certification is preferred.This is a 30-hour-per-week remote position. The ideal candidate will be able to dedicate 30 focused and client-centered hours in a distraction-free environment.Benefits:$20 per hourPaid Time Off (PTO)Mentorship and professional development opportunitiesHealth insurance is available to employees who maintain a 30-hour workweekKey Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Provide executive-level administrative support to the practice owner and team of speech therapists.Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.Insurance Coordination:Understand and manage insurance verification and authorizations.Communicate with insurance companies and patients to support ongoing services.Patient Relations:Handle patient intake and registration, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar.Address patient concerns and provide information about services, etc.Record Keeping:Maintain confidential patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.Update and manage electronic health records (EHR) systems.Qualifications:Associate’s or bachelor’s degree required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.Knowledge of insurance processes and terminology is essential.Powered by JazzHRRiver City Virtual Assistants
