is a company that expanded into the UK about 3 years ago and we've opened our first store very recently. We are a fast-growing company looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team.
Our store is based in the O2. We sell brands such as Boss, Hugo, Ted Baker, Olivia Burton, Casio, G-Shock, Michael Kors, Guess, Rotary, Citizen, Bulova, Emporio Armani, Sekonda, Timex, Daniel Wellington, Calvin Klein, Titan, Fossil and Skagen.
Job description:
The environment in our store should feel like a 5-star hotel, with high manners and professionalism in speaking and treating customers.
When customers walk in we greet them and let them know about our offers and deals. Our job is to make them comfortable to speak with you if they'd like to try anything. When customers ask to try anything, we always wear our protective gloves and put watches/jewellery on their hands.
The store should always look spotless and neat at all times and it's our job to assure that during the day. There should be consistent checks for fingerprints on the glass, items in the display standing correctly, assure prices are visible and placed properly.
Responsibility:
- Stock Management
- Storage Management
- Hitting Targets
- Respond to customers' questions
- Sale goods in the store
- Must be consistent in their work
- Be creative and good at customer service.
- Maintaining and cleaning the store whenever needed.
- Assuring everything in the storage space is where it should be.
Requirements:
- Must be fully settled or British citizens (Due to the company being on a T1 Entrepurnersip visa)
- Must be eligible to work full-time (30+ hours/week) in the UK
- We require candidates to be fluent in English
- Must know how to write professional emails and speak professionally.
- Experience in Store management/ Supervision for a minimum of 6 months
