We’re looking for a Sales Director to join our New York team. Your mission is to help emerging and established ecommerce businesses understand the power of personalization to improve shopper experiences that result in more customers, greater revenue and stronger brand loyalty. This is a quota carrying role where your success is based on meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
Key responsibilities:

Deliver quarterly revenue numbers and sell the Yieldify product to mid-market and enterprise accounts

Strong consultative selling focus, with a track record of developing opportunities and closing business

Generate and lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signature

Previous experience selling a complex, multifaceted platform to mid-market and enterprise-level customers

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the overall business strategy
We’re looking for someone with:

Minimum 7+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets

Minimum 3+ years with selling experience in the Martech space

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Expertise is utilising sales tools such as: Outreach, Cognism & LI Nav

Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform sales strategies

A deep understanding of the Martech industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
