Contract period: 12 monthsExtension: Up to a maximum of 24 monthsLocation: ACT, NSW, QLD, VICSecurity: Must be able to obtain BaselineWorking Arrangements: Working from home arrangements will (on a case by case basis) be considered in the provision of these services.About the Role:SoftLabs is seeking EL1 Change Manager for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC.Responsibilities:Providing specialist services to support the Program’s change ambition and build internal capability to deliver the Customer Contact Management (CCM) solution. The Change Managers will work closely with the DDC team and stakeholders to deliver on change management activitiesDeveloping a compendium of change management strategies and materials that can be used within the program. The agency will retain ownership of these strategies and materials to be used for future projects.Developing a skills transfer program to ensure the ongoing capability within the Agency’s OCM team to execute the change management activities and build future capability in line with the agency’s change model.Change Manager will support the DCC team in developing a detailed Change Management Plan for the CCM project. Key performance metrics may include but not limited to:· Readiness assessment results· Staff satisfaction surveys· Observations of Behavioural change· Communications Metrics· Adherence to timelines· Staff feedback· Benefits profiles· Adherence to Agency P3 and Change Assurance requirements * Change Managers will support the DCC team in developing and executing detailed change impact assessments for the CCM project. Each assessment must clearly articulate and assess impacts across people, processes, systems, policy and data and align with the ECM.The Change Managers approach should align to the Prosci ADKAR Model of organisational change and apply user experience design.The Change Managers will support the DDC team in developing a deployment readiness and monitoring plan for the CCM Project.The Change Managers will support DDC team in developing a detailed post implementation review, including lessons learned for the CCM Project.Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for role include:Prosci ADKAR ModelEssential Criteria:The Candidate must hold a Prosci qualification and must be able to demonstrate prior experience in using the Prosci ADKAR framework to meet the role requirements.The Candidate must have prior experience in change management for large scale transformation projects of the same or similar size and complexity as Services Australia.Weighted Criteria:The Candidate’s ability to support business transformation in a complex geographically dispersed environment for an organisation of the same or similar size and complexity as Services Australia.The Candidate’s prior experience in using the Prosci ADKR framework to meet the role requirements.The Candidates ability to ensure skills and knowledge transfer and develop the change strategies used to implement future change initiatives.The response describing how the Candidate’s skills, knowledge, and relevant experience in delivering large scale change programs would contribute to the position.The response describing how the Candidates qualifications including Prosci would contribute to the position.The Candidate’s prior experience in Collaborating with the agency and agency providers to deliver the requirements and achieve change outcomes with a client of a similar scale.Application Deadline: Wednesday, 24 July 2024Expected Start Date: Monday, 05 August 2024Job Type: ContractRate: As per Australian Market StandardsIf you are interested in this position, please click Apply with your resume in WORD and send your details for review.
