Being part of the P&C department, your role is to act as the privileged contact of our internal team members. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the alignment of the strategic objectives across all P&C workstreams.Responsibilities:Reporting to: SVP, People & CultureP&C General Support:Build bridges and maintain strong relationships with HoD, employees and external stakeholdersProvide guidance during the whole Employee’s life cycle within the organization (onboarding, performance, training, career progression and transition) – coordinate where necessary and constantly seek to improve Employee experience;Liaise with Senior Management on important HR topics and/or issues, providing reporting where applicable;Facilitate, advise and/or deal with complex or sensitive people management issues (e.g, disciplinary actions) and situations – act as mediator when needed;Understand the Business requirements and keep an overview on the different HR areas.Investigate situations and legal framework and propose solutions, liaising with P&C SME’s if necessary. Perform monitoring on Luxembourg labour law and market best practices;Build, maintain and share relevant reporting as required by the business.P&C Projects and Processes:Contribute to P&C projects and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy, while managing risks appropriately (incl. policies, processes and global initiatives);Ensure successful change management, driving change through people (incl. involving key partners in projects, partnering with communication team to share regular updates to the teams);Learning & Development:Provide guidelines and support the L&D team on Training, Performance, Talent Management and Development (L&D strategy, identification of requirements, coaching, counseling, career development, , etc.);Participate to Talent Management projects and provide guidance on succession planning.Recruitment:Collaborate with the business and the Talent acquisition team to ensure alignment with our Business strategy and values;Understand the Recruitment’s requirements and keep an overview on the ongoing recruitments and staff movements.Qualifications:What You Bring To The RoleDegree in Human Resources;7 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a corporate / financial environment in Luxembourg;Experience in L&DExperience in leading and developing a resourcing function in a fast-paced, high growth and complex environment;Experience in leading projects;Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment and navigate complex situations;Ability to adapt communication style and interact with a wide range of business partners at all corporate levels;Excellent written, verbal and report writing skills;Fluent English, any other language will be an advantage;Flexible approach to work - hands on & can do attitude;Risk and solution oriented;Team spirit;Coaching skills;General IT knowledge.Diversity Makes Us SmarterWith an exceptionally high number of nationalities and spoken languages we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone — diversity and inclusion is the DNA of Revantage Europe.
