Financial Manager - Reporting and Treasury (H/F/X)Recruitment by Manpower Permanent Placement for an international trading company based in Windhof.Accounting and Finance:Oversee subsidiary accounting and financial reporting per IFRS and local standards.Manage external service providers and ensure compliance with SLAs.Optimize the Order-to-Cash process and prepare annual accounts and budgets.Document significant transactions and ensure tax compliance.Handle banking and treasury activities and support M&A activities.Participate in audits.Processes and Systems:Implement accounting procedures and controls.Support the deployment of new applications and processes.Contribute to European projects and special financial initiatives.Ensure adherence to the company's control framework.Team Management:Lead a team of 6 in accounting and reporting.Collaborate with other financial managers, advise and train staff.Manage personnel issues and coordinate daily operations in Luxembourg.Skills:Translate strategy into actionable plans and act as a change agent.Optimize team performance, prioritize tasks, and foster teamwork.Identify business opportunities and take initiative.Profile:Degree in Accounting or related field.5+ years of accounting experience with initial management experience.Experience in services or retail sectors.Knowledge of IFRS, SOX and advanced Excel skills.Experience with CRM/ERP migration; knowledge of JD Edwards and SAP S/4HANA a plus.Proficiency in EnglishManpower
