Temporary Credit ControllerGrafton Banks Finance are supporting a exciting, growing business with offices in the Brighton area, who are looking to recruit a temporary Credit Controller on an going, temporary basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be supporting the business with chasing outstanding aged debt. This role has the opportunity of being long-term, with potential of being made permanent.Duties will cover:Chasing outstanding payments over the phone and email.Allocating paymentsRaising credit notesReviewing the aged debt ledger, occasional analysis.Ad hoc projects to improve processes and suggesting improvements.The successful candidate will have:Proven experience in Credit Control, within either B2B or B2C credit control or a Accounts/Finance focussed role with an aspect of credit control involved.Ability to commute to Brighton/Hove 2-3 days per week.Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, sumifs, formulas) and experience with ERP accounting systemsStrong communication skillsGrafton Banks Finance
