HI Partners is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Depositary Officer to join a reputable firm in Luxembourg. As a Senior Depositary Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the depositary function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional service to its clients.As a Senior Officer, your main duty will entail overseeing a range of daily responsibilities. Based on your background and expertise, you will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to monitoring cash flow, keeping asset records up to date, and verifying ownership. Furthermore, you shall assume the responsibility of overseeing the assessment, allocation of revenue, administration of investment constraints, and management of transfer agency operations. Part of your role will involve generating reports, escalating any issues, and providing checklists upon completion of tasks. Your role will include supporting the onboarding process for new clients and funds, in addition to delivering regular Depositary updates to clients, AIFMs, and Fund Management Bodies.ResponsibilitiesThe initiation of new depositary clients/mandates will involve providing risk assessment reports (when establishing a new relationship).The incumbent will be responsible for keeping the due diligence calendar up to date and providing support in the risk assessment (risk rating) process.Responses to questionnaires, reports from ISAE/SOC audits, and any other pertinent documentation provided by external parties involved;Providing timely updates to the Management of the Depositary Services regarding the outcomes of the due diligence activities, in order to facilitate the necessary regulatory escalation process to the AIFM.Responsibilities include monitoring cash flows and following up on transactions on a daily basis.The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing reports relating to Fund Accounting, AIFM, and third-party service providers of the funds.Contribute to the audit of funds by providing prompt responses to fund auditors and managing portfolios of assets.Ensuring timely completion of tasks by the end of the day and submitting reports directly to the team's Manager.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a Depositary, fund accounting firm, an audit company, or any other relevant entity involved in servicing funds within the European Union.In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, encompassing UCITS, AIFMD, and MiFID.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.BenefitsYoung and dynamic CompanyDiversified and interesting clientsLearning curve with experienced professionals and trainingsWarm work environmentFlexibility at work (homeworking)Salary Package in line with market + benefitsHuman Innovation Partners
