He/she participates in the development of e-commerce strategies as well as the deployment of any changes and projects in order to maximize the sales potential of the website.Job descriptionParticipate in the development of strategic plans for e-commerce;Work in collaboration with the content strategy and creative teams to design the site's digital banners and other marketing initiatives while ensuring respect for La Vie en Rose's brand image;Coordinate all daily activities, including the deployment of promotional campaigns, e-commerce;Plan and maintain the web calendar;Write and update briefing sessions;Follow up on projects;Be responsible for quality testing and control;Optimize the customer experience by ensuring the constant improvement of the design, content, navigation, brand image, performance and functionality of the site;Measure the performance of the website on an ongoing basis in order to identify problems and opportunities and thus propose solutions;Ensure the implementation and compliance with best practices in e-commerce;Regularly perform effective benchmark;Stay on top of e-commerce trends;Ensure good communication and cooperation with the various departments and teams.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent;3 years of experience in an e-commerce position;Experience in the retail and/or fashion industry (an asset);Experience with Optimizely (an asset);Good understanding of best practices in e-commerce;Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance analysis tools;Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (an asset);Basic knowledge of SEO (an asset);Knowledge of digital media;Proficiency in the Office Suite: Word, Excel and Powerpoint;Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines by adapting to the unexpected;Ability to manage many projects simultaneously and set priorities;Organizational skills, autonomous and adept at evolving in a changing environment;Meticulousness, rigor and attention to detail;Recognized interpersonal and team spirit skills;Bilingual, both oral and written French and English (The person will have to do marketing campaigns for the Canadian market).The information on this site is for information purposes only and is not intended to have legal consequences.
