As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will lead by driving sales and selling, focusing on the client's customer. You will lead initiatives and related efforts to increase customer loyalty while delivering on our standards for customer service.Responsibilities:Support the needs of our sales team by managing the creation of new sales, assisting with new account setup, and performing pricing analyses.Stay up-to-date on any sales specials that may be happening.Inform customers of products and services that best fit their needs.Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, customers, and fellow team members.Qualifications1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for working both independently and in a team settingExcellent organizational skills and pride in accuracy and attention to detailDiligent follow-up, organization, and project management abilitiesProven ability to establish and complete goalsInterest in and ability to learn new software, including CRM systemSouth Shore Marketing
