In 2022, in our 39 markets, we helped more than 2 million people find a job that feels good and advised over 230,000 clients on their talent needs.Responsibilites:Develop a transition strategy for the deployment, release and transition of solutions that are being delivered in an Agile delivery environment.Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with the business and colleagues within a large IT focused program environment.Be responsive to changing business requirements and ensure the program delivers value aligned to business needs, acknowledging technical dependencies.Lead and facilitate the planning and implementation of the assigned program/project deliverable through reasonable consultation and collaboration.Manage allocated program resources to execute deliverable to ensure all program requirements are met.Skills:Proven leadership experience in Agile delivery with the ability to communicate effectively and all levels of Government.Experience developing transition strategies, implementing complex program outcomes that are IT focused.Experience working with release management, solution architects, and Agile delivery teams.Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, release management and test processes to take a solution from design to release.Proven experience applying Agile methodologies within a government, IT focused, setting.To be considered please click the apply button or contact Simmi on 0425763872 to discuss further.At Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
