It is an exciting time to join the School with a new strategic plan and vision that includes a quality teaching and learning focus but also student engagement experiences including international mobility programs, international recruitment, research development and ambitious postgraduate program developments.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Deputy Head of the National School of Nursing and Midwifery (DHoS) will provide high level leadership and management of the School and will report to the National Head of School, Nursing and Midwifery, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, and Health Sciences. This appointment will be at an Associate Professor (level D) or Professor (level E) level.Working closely with the Head of the School, the DHoS will share the responsibility for overseeing the suite of undergraduate and postgraduate programs across the national School structure, ensuring effective governance and risk-management. You will be responsible for high level budget management and change management skills and demonstrate capacity to maintain a high-performance culture.
