Based central in York our client offers serviced offices management. This role is a varied position providing administration and customer support to this function.What's on offerSalary: £12.20 per hour (could be slightly higher depending on experience)Full-time - Mon-Fri 8-5.00 Monday - FridayGreat location - with parkingStarting Monday 28th for around 8- 10 weeksThe jobManage the estate administrative tasks including completing the process of moving from manual to digital systems; then to ensure these are maintained and are accurate at all times.Prepare marketing material, including photography and digital imagery, copywriting, preparation of e-shots and uploading onto chosen digital platforms.To manage marketing postings and compliance for Linked-in, Instagram, RightMove and any other platform identified as being suitable.To maintain and update the Company website, ensuring that daily information on availability of offices and industrial units are accurate and live.Assisting and supporting the Financial Controller with administration, by collating and producing/posting relevant information in an accurate and timely mannerAdvising on the presentation of the business premises to provide the highest possible quality environment to tenants.Provision of reception duties to tenants and visitors.The personTo be able to use, or learn to use, a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Packages, Xero and Web/Marketing platforms.To be able to manage social media postings ensuring full compliance on all legal requirements.Previous administration experienceAbility to write creative articles for marketing and social media posts and podcasts.Knowledge of customer relationship development and maintenance.If you think this role sounds like a good fit for your skills and experience, please apply online today!We receive multiple applications for each role and we do our very best to ensure that you receive a response.
