This person will be managing a blend of Search Engine Marketing and Paid Social Media programs for top tier clients in Canada. The Performance Media Analyst will support the team in all aspects of operation, including ensuring the timely delivery of all client requirements, analyzing campaign performance and performing optimizations, helping to create and deliver campaign performance reports, and providing regular input of ideas for best practices and process improvement. This opportunity requires someone with dedication, curiosity, motivation and the desire to learn from the best in market!Assist the team in strategy development of campaignsAssist in the compilation of data, extraction of insights and tactical execution as neededDemonstrate working knowledge of each area of agency's resources, in order to evaluate recommendations before they are delivered to the clientProactively find new ways to build the client's business and grow the accountParticipate in meetings autonomously and with a larger team as neededMaster and maintain vast knowledge of the client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trendsContinually learn and enhance skills related to performance media methodologies and platformsQualificationsMinimum 1 year of work experience is requiredStrong mathematical & analytical mindset and interest in data analysisPrior experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is an assetStrong skills in MS ExcelComfortable ideating, creating and conducting presentations to internal teams & clients including using MS PowerPointKeen interest and passion for all things digital marketingA sense of curiosity, and desire to innovate/test new approachesAdditional InformationThe salary range for this position is $45k-$60k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
