Your ImpactReporting to the Head of Finance at Mountain Goat in Richmond, you will provide critical daily financial and strategic information for our commercial and operational business units to support the continued growth and success of Mountain Goat Beer.The role of the Finance Manager is hands on in the daily operations and requires significant business partnering and support to both internal and external stakeholders within the direct & broader business.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key Business Partner for the Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Venue Managers, and Green Beacon Brewing Co.Ensure all monthly deadlines are met in line with the Finance calendar, including the preparation of the month end Consolidated P&L.Complete and review month end Balance Sheet results including Fixed Asset register maintenance.Planning the development and completion of the annual budgeting, quarterly & monthly planning process gaining input and alignment with the Asahi Commercial Finance team.Assist the Head of Finance with the implementation of standardised processes and procedures.About YouLooking for an individual that is a team player who thrives working as part of a close-knit team. A proven track record working in a similar role within a highly complex and fast paced environment.Experience in a Senior Accounting role within the FMCG industry.Confident in presenting and negotiating with senior management and being a business partner to Sales or Marketing teams.Excellent communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.Able to manage multiple tasks in a fluid complex environment.Strong attention to detail.Why Asahi Beverages?Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
