Join us.Job DescriptionLeading the change toward a sustainable and equitable futureReporting to the Strategic Pursuits Manager, the Bids and Proposals Partner is responsible for providing efficient and high calibre support for marketing and business development activities; driving proposals and managing the bid process for the Civil Infrastructure team, including developing an understanding of the business development needs and the opportunity pipeline.What will a day in this role look like:Prepare and produce high level bid submissions.Review & edit proposals – including development/editing of graphics.Offer advice and support to local tenders and proposals.Maintenance and management of an accurate proposal databaseFollow company quality procedures and approval processes, performing self-checks on work before submission.The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
