We’re a high performing team, and we each have the opportunity to add value and make an impact on the business.As a Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring industrial and regulatory obligations are met to ensure efficient planning and timely scheduling for Cabin Crew across both the International and Domestic divisions. The role is also responsible for ensuring Cabin Crew compliance with regulatory, statutory and industrial awards, with a particular emphasis on training and procedures.Other key duties will include the preparation of accommodation, flights, and allowances for crew as required, including reporting and invoicing/purchase order processing, and actively collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver to bid period planning deadlines.You’ll have –Demonstrated team player and actively collaborates with colleaguesSuperior Award/EA knowledge and interpretation abilityStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenDemonstrated analytical skillsHighly motivated and goal drivenAbility to work under pressureHighly developed time management and organisation skillsA customer focused approach to problem solvingSound knowledge of MS Office suite including excel (spreadsheets and formulas)Why Qantas?If you’re successful in your application, you’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
