This dynamic role demands data mastery, collaboration across the University, and a commitment to exceptional service.Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring student data is accurate and up-to-date to track eligibility and support ceremony logistics.Collaborating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and responding to inquiries to ensure a smooth graduation experience.Actively participating in events and using data expertise to facilitate successful student graduations.Who we are looking forWe need someone with a tech-savvy spirit who can learn new programs quickly. They should also be a master communicator, adept at interacting with everyone from students to external partners. But that's not all! This role requires a data wizard with an eye for detail who can juggle tasks and make independent decisions under pressure.You will also have:Undergraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline and or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.A high level of proficiency using standard software such as the Microsoft Office suite (eg Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as being easily able to adapt to new software solutions and quick with technology.For further information regarding responsibilities and requirements please refer to the attached PD.This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
