Tabcorp is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).In this key role, you will work alongside the Tabcorp CEO, providing comprehensive executive administrative support to seamlessly deliver day-to-day and strategic activities. If you are dedicated to delivering excellence at the Executive level, we invite you to apply and become part of our collaborative and energetic team.What you'll doThe Executive Assistant is responsible for providing end to end support to the CEO:Provide professional administrative support to the CEO including diary management and coordination to ensure deliverables are met.Ensure the CEO is appropriately briefed and well informed ahead of commitments and follow up appropriately.Engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders and partners, acting as a central point of contact.Coordinate travel.Manage email including prioritisation for the CEO.Coordinate meetings including the preparation of agendas and taking of minutes.Manage and prioritise work to ensure professional and timely attention to matters.What you'll bringDeep experience in providing high level administrative assistance and support at the CEO level.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise discretion, and judgement.Experience in managing and resolving conflicting demands including review of work priorities and rescheduling meetings and appointments as required.Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and networks.Highly developed organisational skills, strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure and meet deadlines.Credibility with Executives teams and the ability to build trust.High level of proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.What you'll getDiverse leave options: cultural, volunteer, flexi, and 18-weeks parental leave.Access to our health and wellbeing app and Employee Assistance Program.Monthly employee social activities, competitions, awards and free tickets to events.Access to digital learning modules for continuous upskilling.Ongoing commitment to D&I through leading policies & initiatives.About UsTabcorp is Australia's leading gambling entertainment company.
