This role is a unique opportunity to represent all commercial aspects with our customers and within Finning, including a strategic approach through the development and implementation of business plans for growth, specific sales, and marketing for all our products and services.For this position, the expected salary range is between $135,000 - $150,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.Please note that the actual salary offer will be based on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and fit for the role. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment, and this salary range is designed to support that commitment.Job Description:Drive growth in key areas such as Percentage In New Sales (PINS), Revenue, Gross Profit %, Cat Financial Services Ltd (CFSL), and moreNegotiate and execute mining contracts, quoting and sale of new, used and rebuilt equipment, developing an asset life strategy for each site and ensuring a governance model is in placeDevelop a comprehensive customer account management plan that encompasses all elements of customer activityDeliver short term attack plans (less than 2 years), medium (2-5 year) and long range (5-10 years) customer account management plans that align to our customer’s mine plansEffectively communicate all applicable news within Finning as it relates to their mining territorySupport regional and other internal teams in order to influence and maximize the customer experienceAct as an ambassador of the Finning safety culture, you will ensure that the safety practices of the customer and Finning are alignedStrengthen the global CAT relationship by identifying and managing any cross-divisional opportunities so that a seamless, integrated approach is presentedUnderstand and develop government and indigenous relations as well as ESG initiativesQualifications:5 -10 years previous sales and product support experience within a similar industry5 -10 years Parts, Equipment or Engineering or Operational experienceStrong ability to build relations at various levels with internal and external organizationsStrong communication, sales and marketing, interpersonal, organizational and time management skillsStrong knowledge of mining operations, products and services related to the mining industry, and the Finning sales processesAbility to provide best-in-class solutions using exceptional problem-solving skillsComfortable in developing and presenting presentations in front of small and large groupsNote:This position will be supporting BC operations around Williams LakeMonday to Friday, day shiftPermanent, full-time positionComprehensive benefits package and retirement savings optionsSome travel may be requiredA recent driver's abstract is requiredAt Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
