The new positioning is a significant milestone for our focus on reimagining the loyalty experience and its promise of help, always.Your RoleJoining NRMA's Customer Loyalty Program team, you'll play a key part in our technology products and services division that creates market differentiation through deployment of resilient, innovative technology and contemporary methods, at scale.As the Principal Architect (Loyalty), you'll enable teams to activate end-to-end digital experiences for customers, colleagues and partners, that are more secure, robust and scalable than ever before, and deliver them with lightning speed. Your thought leadership in the field of Customer Loyalty will support the planning and execution of Loyalty team's strategic priorities and contemporary operating model for future growth.In your role, you'll oversee the lifecycles of application and technology in the Application Portfolio Model (APM) and the Technology Portfolio Model (TPM) to ensure their purpose and value align to strategic objectives. You'll develop and maintain strategy and roadmaps for the Customer Loyalty technology domain across AU to deliver on NRMA Insurance Rewards Program plan.Leveraging your expertise of MarTech strategies and capabilities for personalisation and real-time decisioning, you'll help transform NRMA's loyalty experience and customer journeys.This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Sydney.​ About YouExtensive experience in the customer loyalty and MarTech domain / enterprise / solution / technology architecture space in a large organisation, preferably financial industryDemonstrated ability to:Anticipate an organisation's future position on technology-related trends and outline organisational implications associated with major IT trendsCreate cohesive IT architecture applications for information and platforms and produce solution outlines and migration paths for moving from baseline state to target stateOversee the compliance of IT architecture principles for an organisation and uses enterprise architecture to obtain and use information relevant to the solutionDevelops, maintains, communicates and provides IT architecture solutions based on business and technical requirementsAssess and communicate the business costs, benefits, risks and issues for alternative solutionsDemonstrable experience with domain architecture, and roadmap development and solution architecture for cross-functional and diverse environmentsApplications close Friday 2 August 23:59pm AEST.ABOUT US​You'll know our brands - NRMA Insurance, CGU, WFI, ROLLiN', AMI, NZI, and State Insurance to name a few.
