We are looking for an experienced individual with a desire to learn, advance and grow within a company. Attention to detail is critical. Must be capable of prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 40lbs.Advantages- Monday to Friday- $16.50 - $18 per hour- On-site parking- Great work environment, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged.- 30-37hrs a weekResponsibilities- Follow instructions and production schedules as well as adhere to all standard operating procedures and meet expected production goals.- Coordinate with pre-production and production team to ensure orders meet specifications and scheduled ship dates.- Troubleshoot any issues regarding decoration placements and applications.- Operate automatic or manual heat press.- Other duties/projects as required by production manager.- Cleaning and general maintenance of work area.Qualifications- Good English communication skills- Strong attention to detail.- Experience with transfer heat press machinery- Familiarity of garment construction and fabric types.- Ability to multi-task, and perform under deadlines.- Working in a fast pace warehouse environment and comply with safety regulations.- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.SummaryWays to apply:Email your resume to winnipegindustrial@randstad.ca - include job title in the subject lineVisit www.randstad.ca and apply onlineApply via this job adThank you.
