Join us in making a real difference in the lives of those experiencing mental health challenges.Role Overview:As a Social Worker (Grade 2) in our Mental Health Inpatient Unit, you'll play a vital role in providing holistic care to our patients. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to support patients in their recovery journey. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll ensure that our patients receive personalized care tailored to their needs.
