You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, enhance data quality management, develop your industry knowledge, and contribute to the efficient resolution of any related quality-issues.Do you have a passion for accuracy, a keen eye for details, and a desire to make a real impact?This is your chance to join a dynamic team and play a vital role in their journey.Be a part of our team where you will:Be in charge of creation, maintenance of all our prospects/clients data in our Entity/Engagement Management master data systems;Collect information (with the support of external and internal sources/databases) and perform all necessary quality controls prior to input in our systems;Be a point of contact for our business stakeholders regarding CRM matters;Identify new cases of data issues and report them to the Team Leader;Conduct specific data cleansing activities based on Data Quality dashboards;Ensure respect of internal procedures, quality and risk management controls in our processes;Participate to implementation of service improvement initiatives in line with company objectives and Lines of Services needs.Let’s talk about you.
