We are growing and looking for a Contents Production Lead who embodies these values and wants to be part of our Abbotsford team.As a Contents Production Lead, you will work closely with the Contents Manager and will be responsible for the completion of all restoration contents claims from start to finish.The Technical Side of What You’ll BringTracking all claims to be processed – including location, status, and time to completionProcessing contents, assisting staff with questions, and training new staff on processing & quality controlCompleting damage reports and giving to Dep’t ManagerUsing Encircle program to document all contents to be sent out to sub trades for servicing/repairsCommunicating any PO’s required for internal sub tradesSetting up and attending viewings with Insureds, Project Managers and/or AdjustersEnsuring when claims are complete, contents are returned to the Dep’t and matched up with balance of the claimKeeping track of contents going to laundry, assisting where needed, and ensuring completed laundry is matched up with balance of the claimMiscellaneous small deliveries to assist Lead Warehouse TechnicianTracking supplies & stock, place order when neededCross train for dispatch, assist Dep’t Manager when setting up claims and creating job boardCross train for forklift operation (forklift ticket required)The Softer Side of What You’ll Bring2-3 years in Contents restoration, preferably Lead experienceStrong communication skills for dealing with Insureds, Project Managers & AdjustersDriven to ensure our customers receive timely, high quality service while maintaining company compliance with insurance regulations, protocols and timelinesAttitude of learning and ownership of the jobOrganization, detail orientation and accuracyStrong ability to teach/motivate/coach staff towards excellenceProblem solving/investigative skillsInitiative to start jobs and finish them through to completionEmpathy with clients/customers who have experienced loss of personal propertyWe thank all applicants for their interest, however, only short-listed candidates will be contacted.ServiceMaster
